When will my order ship?

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped in 1-4 business days. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays due to COVID-19.
Orders are not processed on holidays.

 

How do I track my order?

Tru Glam uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as efforts to protect our customers, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
